HOW TO USE
Press into chicken, steak, or fish before searing. The minced pieces form a visible, flavorful garlic crust on the outside of the protein as it cooks.

Rehydrate in warm water or oil and use in any recipe calling for freshly minced garlic. One teaspoon equals approximately two fresh garlic cloves.
